Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture prefabricated wall components.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret production drawings and measurements.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Conduct quality checks on completed products.
- Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse team.
- Always follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Understanding House Lot drawings and dimensions.
- Operating the Polyurethane (PU) Mixing Head.
- Head Leadership role of 10 Personnel on Shift.
Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read measurements and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- A forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in using a spray booth set-up.
- Previous experience with House lot drawings and dimensions.
- Previous experience with Polyurethane (PU) mixing head and products.
- Solid understanding of Excel.
